Qualifying for Home Health Care
There is a set of standards for an individual to become qualified for home health care. First, you must have a medical requirement or healthcare need for the skilled services of a nurse or therapist. It means that leaving a home requires taxing effort and you don’t need to do so more often. Second, you are temporarily homebound due to an injury, illness, or disability. We also require the referrals from your private physician to provide medical services in your home. Upon request, we will then coordinate with your doctor. Aside from it, we also cater our services to various assisted living facilities and private residences.
The Advantage of Home Health Care
Our services help prevent re-hospitalization, reduce the need for urgent care, and postpone frequent institutionalization. We bring convenience to our clients and their families as visits are made on your preferred schedule in the comfort and privacy of your home. Receiving care at home is less costly than in a hospital or care facility. Medicare pays 100% for the qualified patients. It also reduces stress for patients and care providers, allowing the care recipients to heal at home with their loved ones. Home health care shows better outcomes. Research also shows that a lot of patients achieve greater satisfaction at home.
